We are committed to preserving the historical charm of this former factory owner's villa. In the apartment you will come across lovingly preserved windows and doors as well as stucco decorations that give each room an individual touch. The bedrooms have simple but elegant stucco decoration, while the living room impresses with a detailed stucco ceiling - decorated with lion heads, small paintings and gold decorations, a real eye-catcher and evidence of historical craftsmanship.

The "Villa Nieske" offers you two comfortable bedrooms, a magnificent living room and a fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy relaxing moments in the bathroom with shower tray. The villa is located on a quiet side street and is surrounded by a green garden, which offers you peace and a natural atmosphere, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
